The Service is offered on a subscription basis. Pricing, billing cycle, and included features are shown at checkout or within your account. If your subscription renews automatically, you authorize us (and our payment processor) to charge applicable renewal fees unless you cancel before renewal. Taxes may apply depending on your location.
Refund eligibility (if any) is described at the point of purchase or in support materials. To request assistance, contact verifiedscreening247@gmail.com. Refunds may be refused in cases of abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms or the AUP.
You agree to comply with all applicable laws and our Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”), which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Your plan may limit the number of devices that can use the Service. We may enforce these limits and apply fair-use measures to protect service quality and prevent abuse.
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific speeds, or that the Service will work on all networks or devices. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time, including server locations, protocols, or features.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
